Descripción del Puesto buscamos un profesional DevSecOps con un enfoque sólido en seguridad y automatización, para liderar la implementación, protección y escalado de los componentes técnicos que sustentan el desarrollo AI Native. Esta posición es clave para garantizar la fiabilidad, escalabilidad y cumplimiento de nuestra infraestructura y pipelines de desarrollo de IA. Responsabilidades Principales Construcción y mantenimiento de pipelines CI/CD con integración de herramientas y agentes basados en IA. Gestión de infraestructura en entornos cloud, OpenShift y entornos híbridos. Garantizar el cumplimiento de estándares de seguridad, gobierno y observabilidad. Apoyo en versionado, monitoreo y despliegue de artefactos con IA. Requisitos Mínimo 5 años de experiencia profesional en DevOps, gestión de infraestructura o seguridad. Alta experiencia en desarrollo de pipelines CI/CD y herramientas de automatización. Conocimiento en plataformas cloud, orquestación de contenedores y entornos híbridos. Comprensión de estándares de seguridad, marcos de gobierno y prácticas de observabilidad. Se valorará experiencia en flujos de trabajo y herramientas de desarrollo de IA. #J-18808-Ljbffr
