Senior Manager, Finance – Alicante, SpainThe Senior Manager, Finance directs the financial affairs of the organization and acts as a business partner for senior leadership, providing strategic insights and decision support through performance controlling, management reporting, and analysis. This role ensures compliance with accounting standards, drives budgetary planning, and enables sound financial management across the company.ResponsibilitiesMaintain company accounts in compliance with local law and Group controller standardsLead monthly closings, full-year financial statements, and tax reportingLiaise with auditors and ensure financial statement accuracy and timelinessDevelop and manage major economic objectives and KPIs aligned with Group standardsManage company operating expenses, investments, and capital expenditureCoordinate and direct the preparation of budgets and financial forecastsMonitor and report financial performance, analyzing variances and proposing corrective actionsOversee tax planning and compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulationsManage banking, treasury, and working capital functions, ensuring efficient transaction managementLead continuous improvement of financial processes, ERP systems, and internal controlsQualificationsFinancial University Degree required; MBA preferredMinimum 3 years’ experience leading finance, accounting, or controlling functions in a multinational organizationStructured, analytical, and conceptual thinkerStrong negotiation, influencing, and leadership skillsProven ability to deliver results, manage change, and work under pressureExcellent communication skills and high personal integrityFluent in English; Spanish proficiency preferred; German a plusProficiency with MS Office and SAP systems preferredMás sobre lo que ofrecemos :Como uno de los principales proveedores de atención auditiva del mundo con sede en Suiza, estamos comprometidos con la construcción de una cultura inclusiva.
