Our Transcatheter Mitral and Tricuspid Therapies (TMTT) business unit is boldly pursuing an innovative portfolio of technologies to address a patient’s unmet clinical needs. It’s our driving force to help patients live longer and healthier lives.Scope of the roleAs Senior Director Professional Education and Training – TMTT you will plan, design, and execute comprehensive product and training programs to support the growth of the business unit market, ensuring good patient outcomes. This includes developing and delivering targeted training for Health Care Professionals such as implanters, imagers, and nurses, as well as field clinical specialists for device and imaging support.How you'll make an impactDirect training and development activities for field clinical specialists and HCPs, overseeing systems, planning, staffing, budgeting, and implementing changes through several managers.Develop a robust talent development and upskilling approach aligned with BU growth strategies across the European organization.Plan and direct strategic activities, prioritizing projects and meeting business objectives, leading risk identification and mitigation.Mitigate/eliminate risk and communicate highly complex training strategies for field clinical specialists and Health Care Professionals.Analyze, formulate, and present recommendations to management and develop executive‑level communication about training initiatives.Partner with stakeholders to gather and analyze trends to develop training plans and tools that meet the evolving needs of the business unit and clinical community.Establish metrics, design dashboards, and use data to monitor and drive training effectiveness for field clinical specialists and HCPs.Forecast and track annual training budgets, make purchase decisions, and allocate resources for training programs.What you'll needBachelor's Degree in a related field with related experience required.Master's Degree or equivalent in a related field with related experience preferred.What else we look forProven successful project management skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and related tools and systems.Excellent problem‑solving, organizational, analytical, and critical‑thinking skills.Excellent interpersonal relationship skills, including negotiation and relationship management.Excellent organizational skills for multitasking across cross‑functional groups.Excellent analytical skills and budget management experience.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Demonstrated track record in people management required.Experience working in a regulated industry preferred.Proven successful project management leadership skills.Ability to develop and integrate metrics that demonstrate the value of training.Expert understanding of sales training procedures and processes.Expert presentation and facilitation skills for engaging learning environments.Demonstrated ability to conceive, develop, and implement training strategies.Strict attention to detail.Ability to excel in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.Ability to serve as a core partner to senior leaders in business units, functional groups, and regions.Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels and proactively elevate issues. xcskxlj Adherence to company rules and safety protocols, including pandemic protocols and environmental health & safety rules.Seniority levelDirectorEmployment typeFull‑timeJob functionHuman ResourcesIndustryMedical Equipment Manufacturing#J-18808-Ljbffr
