We are offering professional experience in an international environment and the opportunity to strengthen cross-functional collaboration skillsRole OverviewThe Supply Chain Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating end-to-end supply chain activities within a tyre distribution and sales organization. The role ensures efficient planning, logistics, and inventory management to guarantee product availability, optimize costs, and support commercial objectives. Working closely with Sales, Marketing, and regional or HQ functions, the Supply Chain Manager plays a key role in aligning supply chain operations with business demand while ensuring service level excellence and operational efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure shipments are picked up, transported, and delivered on timeTrack the quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs, and efficiency of the movement and storage of goodsOrganize and manage logistics for incoming and outgoing shipments:Liaise with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers, and customersPlan and track the shipment of final products according to customer requirementsWork on improving the performance of transportation routes, costs, and shipment planningPrepare accurate reports for upper management on performance indicators and suggestions for improvementDocumentation and compliance:Prepare necessary shipping and export documents such as bills of lading, invoices, and delivery notesEnsure all shipments comply with legal regulations and company policiesRespond to customer inquiries and troubleshoot any issues related to transportation delays or damaged goodsWork closely with warehouse staff to manage and coordinate logistics operations effectivelyTrack and manage inventory levels to avoid overstocking or running out of stockSchedule and track the arrival and delivery of products to ensure the availability of goodsRequirementsBachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related field (preferred)Proven experience as a logistics coordinator, supply chain coordinator, or similar roleKnowledge of logistics software (ERP systems, TMS, etc.)Strong organizational skills and attention to detailExcellent problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesStrong communication and negotiation skillsAbility to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneouslyFamiliarity with customs regulations and international shipping procedures is a plusWhat We OfferCompetitive compensation package (fixed salary + variable bonus)A growing, internationally connected company with short decision-making pathsWe look forward to welcoming you to our team and achieving great things together #J-18808-Ljbffr
