Live in the beautiful city of Barcelona while making a tangible impact on online safety Your Role : Moderate content (text, images, videos) in Dutch , ensuring it adheres to community guidelines and legal standards. Identify and remove harmful content, including hate speech , violent material , explicit content , and spam . Work swiftly and fairly to ensure high-quality moderation decisions that foster a positive online experience for users. Collaborate with a dynamic global team to address complex moderation issues. Stay up-to-date with new trends , best practices , and challenges in content moderation and online safety. Meet performance targets while ensuring that each decision is fair and consistent. What We’re Looking For : Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is required. Proficiency in English for communication with international teams. Previous experience in content moderation , community management , or customer service is a plus. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to make quick, accurate decisions. Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. A passionate advocate for online safety , with a commitment to protecting digital spaces. Ability to work shifts , including weekends and holidays as needed.
