Empresa multinacional francesa, fabricante de maquinaria hidráulica, en búsqueda de un/a Sales Engineer para su equipo de España.Responsabilidades generales:Gestionar los clientes existentes para España y Portugal.Prospectar nuevos mercados y nuevos clientes para desarrollar el territorio y la presencia de la empresa.Elaborar propuestas técnicas/comerciales de productos estándar, o soluciones ad hoc, manteniendo las políticas de precios de la compañía.Trabajar de la mano con los/las Application Engineers para asegurarnos de que el contrato cumple con lo requerido.Supervisar los pagos por parte de los clientes.Asegurarse de que los pronósticos hechos para los clientes se cumplen.Enviar el reporte mensual al Subsidiary Manager.Mantener el contacto e informar a la dirección comercial central sobre el enfoque del mercado, los clientes y la competencia.Trabajar para lograr los objetivos asignados en términos de puntos de prototipo, número de visitas y respeto de la política de ventas del grupo.Establecer compromisos de ventas con distribuidores.Mantener el stock a niveles razonables.Responsabilidades con distribuidores:Establecer los objetivos comerciales anuales junto con la dirección de la compañía.Capacitar, motivar y visitar distribuidores en campo.Garantizar la pertinencia de la propuesta técnica y la cotización para optimizar las ventas y el margen de la empresa.Asegurarse de que el contrato de distribución se mantenga actualizado.Sugerir nueva organización de ventas, si es necesario.Responsabilidades en cuanto a Cuentas Coordinadas (Global Accounts y coordinadores internacionales de cuentas):Gestionar puntos técnicos comerciales y reportar a la unidad corporativa.Seguir la política local de la empresa.Negociar y asegurarse de que se alcanzan todos los objetivos de calidad, entrega y precio de servicio.Realizar estudios de ingeniería y técnicos.Conocer los productos y la estrategia comercial de la compañía.Perfil con experiencia en ventas y negociación.Conocimientos de informática (CRM, reporting, paquete Office...).Nivel de español nativo e inglés profesional (otros idiomas son un plus).Beneficios:Salario competitivo (compuesto por fijo + variable).Profit sharing, en función de los objetivos de la empresa.
