Kortom, werken in een internationale omgeving met een vlakke hiërarchie.Ben jij klaar voor deze spannende stap in je leven?Jouw verantwoordelijkheden als Klantenservice Medewerker:Ondersteunen van klanten door het beantwoorden van inkomende verzoeken en het documenteren van relevante casus informatieGebruikers assisteren met pre-sales, algemene vragen en technische ondersteuning via telefoon/e-mail/social media kanalenProductinformatie verstrekken aan klanten (bijv. abonnementen, betalingen en technische vereisten)De stem en toon van het merk aanpassen voor interacties op zowel privé (telefoon/e-mail/chat) als openbare (social/forums/e-commerce beoordelingen) kanalenZorgen voor uitstekende klanttevredenheid door op een passende en vriendelijke manier te reagerenVaardigheden, kwalificaties en interesses die je nodig hebt om te slagen in deze functie:Vloeiend in Nederlands, met een goede beheersing van het EngelsToegewijd, vastberaden en servicegerichtSterke communicatieve en luistervaardigheden, teamspeler en in staat om conflicten constructief op te lossenEnthousiast over interculturele communicatie en de expat lifestyleGeen ervaring nodigWat zijn de voordelen voor jou?Contract van onbepaalde tijd met 39 uur per week (ma-vr 09:00 – 20:00; za 09:00 – 18:00)Maandelijkse bonus tot wel €250Training van 2 – 4 weken en werken met een buddy-systeemHybride werksysteem, slechts een paar dagen op kantoorSpaanse lessen, voortdurende on-the-job training en een internationale werkomgevingOndersteuning van het bedrijf bij papierwerk (NIE en SSN).Jouw toekomstige bedrijf:Dit Belgische Business Process Outsourcing bedrijf staat bekend om het leveren van kwalitatieve service op het gebied van klantervaring en bedrijfsadvies voor hun klanten.
