In this position, your responsibility will be defining and implementing the global Target Operating Model (TOM) and Master Data (MD) strategy across all manufacturing sites and operational workstreams. You will drive the harmonization of operational processes and master data structures to enable the rollout of MES, WMS, LIMS, ERP, and OT platforms. This role requires strong cross‑functional collaboration to establish global standards, ownership models, and governance frameworks supporting operational excellence. Responsibilities Define and implement the global Target Operating Model (TOM) for Manufacturing, QA/QC, and Supply Chain Develop and maintain the global Master Data (MD) strategy and governance framework, ensuring integrity across MES, WMS, LIMS, ERP, and OT systems Harmonize operational processes across all sites to support the standardized deployment of digital platforms Establish global standards, ownership models, and governance structures for processes and master data Lead cross‑functional collaboration with business owners, IT, and site teams to ensure alignment with strategic and regulatory requirements Support deployment planning, readiness assessments, and implementation of TOM/MD workstreams at global sites Monitor program progress, identify risks, and drive mitigation actions to ensure successful execution Facilitate workshops, training, and communication activities to enable the adoption of global TOM/MD frameworks Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, IT, or related field At least 10 years of experience in operational excellence, master data management, or digital transformation Proven experience defining and implementing TOM and MD strategies in manufacturing or supply chain Strong understanding of MES, WMS, LIMS, ERP, and OT systems Experience working in international and matrix organizations Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills Fluency in English Willingness to travel occasionally to Barcelona (around 10% annually) Fluent Polish required Residing in Poland required Benefits Great Place to Work Solid financial situation Contracts with the biggest brands Centre of internal trainings Many experts you can learn from Open and accessible management team Profit sharing Passion Sponsorship program Regular integration events and trips Comfortable and well‑equipped offices MySii app Medical care #J-18808-Ljbffr
