Fever has developed a proprietary technology that inspires a global community of over 125M people through personalized and curated experiences in their local city whilst empowering entertainment and event creators to reach new audiences and enhance their experience.Sounds amazing, right?About the roleLead the Creative Solutions team for Brand Partnerships Spain, overseeing project management and branded content, optimizing processes and workflows, and fostering the professional growth of each team member. Your goal will be to create a high-performance, gold-standard delivery team that achieves exceptional results.Drive different department teams for development and delivery of some of our biggest brand partnership projects in Spain and Portugal, both media and event-led. Communicate to the team any and all priorities, deadlines, developments, and decisions made, ensuring everything is delivered within budget.Lead the day-to-day communication with a client throughout the lifetime of a project, delivering outstanding client services and always looking to upsell beyond the current agreement.Conduct regular and thorough reporting and analysis of campaign work, translating data into insightful and positive stories.Work with the Brand Partnerships Sales team and Creative Strategist to interpret and respond to client briefs - both media and event-led. Collaborate in the ideation, strategic insight, and storytelling of a proposal, and translate ideas into packages of tangible deliverables that align with time and budget restraints.Actively participate in regular team meetings and brainstorms.Develop and maintain excellent relationships with key clients, partners, influencers, third parties, and colleagues to provide appropriate skills and input to programmes and activities.Continuously update and maintain understanding and knowledge of the media and market in which clients operate, building competitor reviews and developing our tools and processes to ensure we stay relevant and competitive.About you6+ Years in a relevant role, ideally media owner/agency or creative/digital agencyExperience both conceptualizing and delivering complex, cross-media campaignsExtensive client-facing experienceExperience in people managementExperience in planning/producing consumer-facing eventsExperience in building attractive, client-facing decksExcellent strategic and analytical skills and ability to create engaging stories out of dataGood knowledge of the global media, advertising and social landscapePassionate about branded content and innovative ideasExcellent numeracy & literacy skills as well as communication & negotiation skills (both oral and written)Excellent eye for detail and accuracyConfident self-starter and comfortable working through new situations, with a problem-solving attitudeConfidence in establishing and developing new relationshipsTeam playerFluency in EnglishIdeally comfortable being on camera (we often feature in our own social media videos)Benefits and perksOpportunity to have a real impact in a high-growth global category leader40% discount on all Fever events and experiencesWork in a location in the heart of Madrid, with possible travel across our marketsHome office friendly and flexible scheduleResponsibility from day one and professional and personal growthGreat work environment with a young, international team of talented people to work withHealth insurance and other benefits such as Flexible remuneration with a 100% tax exemption through CobeeEnglish and Spanish LessonsGympass MembershipWe have free food, drink and fruit at the officePossibility to receive in advance part of your salary by PayflowThank you for considering joining Fever.
