**Descripción**:

**Responsabilidades de gestión de la oficina**:

- Desarrollar, implementar y supervisar los protocolos y procedimientos de la oficina para garantizar un funcionamiento óptimo.
- Garantizar el mantenimiento y la organización de los espacios de oficina compartidos
- Supervisar la adquisición y gestión del inventario de suministros y equipos de oficina
- Coordinar los preparativos de viaje, incluida la reserva de alojamiento y vuelos para viajes de negocios.
- Supervisar las relaciones con los proveedores de servicios y el pago de los mismos.
- Abordar con prontitud los problemas de mantenimiento imprevistos y coordinarse con nuestro manitas para las tareas más complejas.
- Buscar activamente e incorporar comentarios para la mejora continua de la oficina.

**Apoyo a RRHH**:

- Contribuir a las iniciativas de compromiso de los empleados y a los eventos de la empresa, fomentando un entorno de trabajo positivo.
- Apoyar al equipo de RR.HH. en la preparación o difusión eficaz de comunicaciones relacionadas con los RR.HH.
- Mantener un entorno de trabajo seguro e integrador garantizando el estricto cumplimiento de las políticas de PRL.
- Facilitar la incorporación de los nuevos empleados, garantizando una integración fluida y acogedora en el entorno de la oficina.
- Prestar asistencia en las tareas de contratación, según sea necesario, ayudando a identificar e incorporar a los mejores talentos.
- Proporcionar asistencia con las herramientas de formación y desarrollo, apoyando el aprendizaje continuo y el crecimiento profesional dentro del equipo.
- Coordinación de las actividades en materia de prevención de riesgos laborales.

**Requisitos**:
**ADN Xtarter**
- FP, Grado o Licenciatura en RRHH o carreras afines a la función.
- Experiência de +2 años en posiciones similares de servicio a oficinas y soporte a HR.
- Conocimiento de actividades de PRL y experiência en coordinación de las mismas con proveedor externo de prevensión.
- Capacidad de organización y meticulosa atención al detalle.
- Amante de la multitarea.
- Proactividad en la búsqueda y aplicación de mejoras en los procesos.
- Fuertes habilidades interpersonales centradas en el servicio al cliente y la creación de relaciones.
- Dominio de Microsoft, Excel y manejo de agenda.
