Under the guidance of the Head Baker, you will:Produce bakery goods of the highest quality and standard, using authentic methods and techniques, shaping by hand, and always one step ahead of industry trends; you’ll be a key part of a winning team that creates truly exceptional dining experiences.Craft a range of breads, rolls, baguettes, bun dough, scones, laminate dough, pastry and cakes with creativity and flair, developing delicious combinations of taste and texture.Continuously develop and innovate the product range, you’ll work with our Head Baker on ideas and techniques which make our kitchen a creative, ever-changing environment.Make sure our operation runs without a hitch, our service preparation is smooth, and our food hygiene standards are sky-high.Working to tight deadlines, you’ll rise to the challenge with a positive attitude and approach.QualificationsWhat we are looking for...Previous experience working as part of a similar sized kitchen team.Passion for food is a given, a love for our particular flavors a definite advantage.You’re all about having a positive impact on the people you interact with, leaving them with a memorable experience.You make people feel good - your team, guests and colleagues alike.Methodical and process-driven approach to tasks, but also able to work flexibly and calmly to meet deadlines.Ability to take ownership of important issues, solve problems and make effective decisions.Ability to work positively and collaboratively to achieve the highest standards of delivery at work.You’re not precious.
