Estamos buscando un Laboratory Support Manager responsable de liderar y optimizar la gestión de la actividad global del área de R&D con un alcance de hasta 300 profesionales. Se trata de una posición estratégica y transversal, que da soporte a todas las verticales de R&D de las distintas unidades de negocio de una compañía farmacéutica global, con un equipo de 25 personas. Su misión será asegurar que los laboratorios, procesos, documentación, datos, estándares regulatorios y recursos del área de I+D operan con excelencia, eficiencia y alineamiento global.
Qué harás
en este rol clave? La posición lidera y coordina cinco pilares clave de la gestión de la actividad de R&D: Administración y Gestión de Instalaciones Gestión integral de instalaciones de I+D y coordinación con áreas técnicas internas y proveedores externos. Liderazgo de proyectos de nuevas instalaciones, nuevos equipos, automatización, remodelaciones y reestructuraciones.
Asegurar el cumplimiento de estándares de seguridad, bioseguridad y normativa aplicable. Documentación, Normativa y Calidad en R&D Supervisión de la gestión documental de I+D, sistemas de control y cumplimiento regulatorio. Garantizar el alineamiento con BPL (GLP), GCP, bioseguridad, QC R&D y políticas corporativas.
Implementar y mantener sistemas de documentación electrónicos (EDMS). Data & Digitalización Impulsar la digitalización de procesos de I+D, automatización de flujos y adopción de herramientas analíticas. Coordinar iniciativas de gestión y análisis de datos, data integrity, inteligencia artificial y sistemas digitales para R&D.
Asegurar la correcta gobernanza del dato y su disponibilidad para toma de decisiones. Gestión de Laboratorios / Lab Coordination Supervisar al equipo de auxiliares y coordinadores de laboratorio. Optimizar flujos de trabajo, materiales, mantenimiento, uso de equipos y SOPs de operación.
Establecer KPIs y sistemas de mejora continua en la gestión de laboratorios. Gestión Operativa Transversal de I+D Alineamiento operativo con las verticales de R&D de cada unidad de negocio. Estandarización de procesos y procedimientos a nivel global.
Análisis de necesidades, gestión de presupuesto operativo y planificación. Liderar un equipo directo de 5 supervisores, y sus respectivos equipos. Trabajar estrechamente con ambos Directores de R&D en modelo de doble reporting.
Impulsar la excelencia operativa, mejora continua y optimización de recursos.
Qué buscamos
en ti? 5 años de experiencia en entornos de I+D biotech o farmacéuticos, en posiciones de gestión de operaciones, laboratorios o Process Development. Licenciatura / grado en Ciencias de la Vida, Biotecnología, Farmacia, Ingeniería Biomédica o similar. Máster o especialización en gestión de I+D, calidad o digitalización (valorable). Experiencia demostrada liderando equipos multidisciplinares.
Sólido conocimiento en BPL / GLP, GCP, bioseguridad, QC R&D y sistemas de calidad. Experiencia en digitalización, data integrity, gestión de datos científicos y herramientas digitales de I+D. Experiencia en proyectos de infraestructuras científicas, nuevos equipos y automatización. Competencias clave Liderazgo transversal y gestión en entornos complejos y globales.
Alta capacidad analítica, orientación a datos y pensamiento sistémico. Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y gestión del cambio. Proactividad, visión estratégica y orientación a resultados. #J-18808-Ljbffr
