Health & Safety Officer - EY GDS Spain - HybridAs a Health and Safety Officer, you will join our in-house H&S team at EY GDS Spain. You will not only help us set all the right standards and regulations but contribute to the overall functioning of our offices and environment in general. This all starts with a culture that believes in giving you the training, opportunities, and creative freedom to make things better.Your key responsibilitiesLead the implementation of strategies, objectives, and action plans for the entire Center, accompanying businesses in the development of pragmatic strategies that guarantee safety at their facilities.Ensure regulatory compliance for the different businesses that are part of our organization.Promote corporate projects and procedures in the field of PRL, ensuring their correct implementation.Supervise the improvement of the prevention data measurement system (including KPIs) that helps monitor the effectiveness of the actions and the evolution of the organization.Keep up to date with any new knowledge, initiatives, legal developments, etc., in the field of prevention, actively sharing it with the company's professionals.Collaborate in coordination with the Facilities department, providing support in the daily operational activities required.To qualify for the role, you must have2 - 3 years of experience in Health and Safety or PRL (Prevención de Riesgos Laborales) under the Spanish regulatory system.Experience at In-house Prevention Service as preference.B2+ level of English.A Bachelor’s Degree in HR or Law is highly valued, as well as a Master’s degree in a similar area.A Master’s degree in Occupational Risk Prevention covering all three specializations.Excellent knowledge of MS Office.Skills and attributes for successDynamic, result-oriented person who brings strong understanding of the Health & Safety Area.A self-motivated, confident, and energetic individual with strong analytical skills and excellent written and verbal communication.Outstanding planning & organization skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.Strong communication, subject matter expertise, relationship-building and presentation skills.What we look forWe look for an individual with the ability to work in a collaborative way to provide services across multiple departments while adhering to commercial and legal requirements.
