Nuestro equipo lo formamos más de 7.000 personas en 7 países (España, Portugal, Reino Unido, Estados Unidos, México, Chile y Brasil), desarrollando y/o implantando soluciones financieras en un amplio espectro de tecnologías (Blockchain, Big Data o Angular entre otras) sobre todo tipo de plataformas, on-premise y Cloud.Adoptamos una sólida cultura de riesgos y esperamos que todos nuestros profesionales, independientemente del puesto que ocupen, tengan una actitud proactiva y responsable hacia la gestión de riesgos.Santander se enorgullece de ser una organización donde nos preocupamos del desarrollo de las personas y donde hay igualdad de oportunidades, independientemente de raza, sexo, religión, edad, orientación sexual, estado civil, discapacidad, nacionalidad o identidad de género.QUÉ HARÁS EN TU TRABAJOComo Enterprise Architect - Back End Platform / Core Banking, tu objetivo será la definición y ejecución de la estrategia de nuestras plataformas back end de Core Banking, con visión global y de reutilización de activos globales entre las diferentes geografías y bajo el modelo de One Transformation y One Santander Platform.Necesitamos a alguien como tú para que nos ayude en distintos ámbitos:Definir blueprint con visión estratégica de nuestras plataformas de Core Banking, fundamentalmente en los dominios de Cuentas Personales, Personas, Préstamos e Hipotecas, Depósitos a Plazo, Taller de Productos y Datos de Referencia, en las que partiendo de una experiencia y un background funcional bien asentado contribuyas a desarrollar la estrategia tecnológica de replataformado y reingeniería en el contexto de Gravity+.Definición de las capacidades funcionales / técnicas que ofrecen estos dominios.Establecer IT Stack objetivo para sustentar dichas capacidades.Idea los Modelos de integración y relación con el resto de los dominios dentro de la plataforma, especialmente en la implementación de APIs e integración con la plataforma de Data con enfoque primario real time.Visión estratégica de evolución del dominio, forecast de nuevas capacidades o challenges que llegan al dominio.Visión de la situación as is del dominio en los diferentes países.Soporte a proyectos e iniciativas globales en el diseño y ejecución de estos.Soporte a los Solution Design en la validación de proyectos e iniciativas.EXPERIENCIA- Experiencia de 5 - 10 años en equipos de arquitectura empresarial en el área de Core Banking. Se valorará experiencia en proyectos de ámbito internacional.EDUCACIÓN- Licenciado en grados de ingeniería, matemáticas o económicas.HABILIDADES & CONOCIMIENTOSCapacidad alta de conceptualización y síntesis de ideas.Conocimiento funcional del negocio bancario aplicado al procesamiento de los productos y servicios en el ámbito de core banking.Alta capacidad de interlocución a alto nivel en foros de decisión.Buenas habilidades de comunicación y presentación de ideas a la comunidad.Nivel de Inglés alto escrito y hablado.Conocimiento de las aplicaciones y soluciones as is de Grupo Santander en las diferentes entidades.Visión plataforma tecnológica y modelos relacionados (arquitectura de integración, modelo operativo asociado, implantación).Conocimiento de los principales vendors y soluciones tecnológicas aplicadas al dominio de su responsabilidad.Conocimiento tecnológico sobre tecnologías establecidas (microservicios, eventos, APIs) y emergentes (ie Inteligencia Artificial, blockchain) enfocado a la aplicación concreta en los casos de uso adecuados en el ámbito de Core Banking.OTRA INFORMACIÓN- Viajes puntuales a los bancos del grupo.Idiomas:- Spanish
