In this role you will provide financial controlling support, drive project performance, and ensure accurate project reporting. How You Will Make an Impact Assist the Tender Manager with financial analysis and commercial negotiations during the bidding phase. Contribute to risk reviews and ensure compliance with local requirements. Manage project financials, including order booking, invoicing, and accurate reporting. Advise the Project Manager on cost control, schedule risks, and mitigation strategies. Monitor cash flow, revenue, and profitability, driving improvements throughout execution. Ensure accurate forecasts and financial statements, supporting informed decision‑making. Promote commercial awareness and support claims, contracts, and insurance processes. Uphold corporate governance, internal controls, and compliance standards across all activities. Your background Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration or equivalent. 3+ years of operational experience in Finance and Controlling; experience in a global manufacturing company valued. Experience in business controlling, accounting, budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis or similar. Strategic, critical and analytical thinking; fast learner with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Orientation on goal, proactive approach and problem‑solving attitude. Strong ownership, capability of working under pressure. Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
