About the Role HR & Communications Trainee – a full‑time internship based in Viladecans, Catalonia, Spain. You will support HR Business Partners and Internal Communications across the organisation, contributing to employee experience, communication initiatives, and day‑to‑day HR coordination. Responsibilities Create, edit and publish internal communication content such as newsletters, announcements, corporate messages, campaign and event communications. Support the development of communication materials – presentations, visuals, key messages and templates. Maintain and update internal communication channels. Collaborate on strategies to increase employee engagement and ensure consistent messaging. Assist HRBPs with onboarding, training and HR communication coordination. Collaborate on the design of corporate materials and internal presentations. Gather and analyse HR data for reporting and continuous improvement. Experience we’re looking for Ability to sign an internship agreement with a Spanish university. Fluency in Spanish and English. Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Labour Relations, Communications or related field. Excellent writing, editing and storytelling skills. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and proactivity. Proficiency with Office 365 (PowerPoint, Excel, Teams) and interest in visual/communication tools.
