Creemos en las relaciones duraderas y no en los procesos de selección, por eso, nos convertimos en los mejores embajadores de nuestros partners.Nuestro partner, una scale up que cuenta con 130 empleados, está digitalizando y dándole visibilidad a las pymes y autónomos de nuestro país, gracias a su solución innovadora basada en mkt + IA.Actualmente precisa incorporar un Partnership Manager.La Misión:Serás responsable de liderar la creación y gestión de asociaciones estratégicas con grandes empresas y asociaciones clave; dentro del equipo de desarrollo de negocios de la empresa.Esta posición es ideal para ti si tienes una sólida experiencia en roles comerciales B2B, eres una excelente comunicador y tienes un enfoque consultivo en la gestión de relaciones.El Rol:Identificar, negociar y cerrar acuerdos con grandes empresas y asociaciones clave para ampliar nuestro canal de partnerships.Mantener y fortalecer relaciones con nuevos partners, asegurando una colaboración fructífera y duradera.Desarrollar y ejecutar estrategias comerciales y de marketing que impulsen el crecimiento del canal de partners.Realizar presentaciones efectivas sobre nuestra app en reuniones, asociaciones y ferias.Visitar y liderar reuniones con clientes, ferias y eventos de la industria a nivel nacional.Transmitir nuestra propuesta de valor de manera clara y persuasiva.Qué necesitamos?Experiencia de 2-3 años en empresa SaaS o de marketing digital llevando partnerships.Experiencia en roles comerciales B2B, con un historial comprobado en la creación y gestión de asociaciones estratégicas.Capacidad para adoptar un enfoque consultivo, entendiendo las necesidades de los partners y ofreciendo soluciones personalizadas.Habilidades excepcionales de comunicación verbal y escrita, con la capacidad de hacer presentaciones impactantes.Experiencia en liderar equipos de ventas y desarrollar estrategias de negocio efectivas.Familiaridad con el sector tecnológico, especialmente en áreas relacionadas con telcos y banca.Disposición para viajar frecuentemente y participar en eventos de la industria.Deseable:Experiencia de entre 3-5 años consiguiendo objetivos comerciales.Experiencia de entre 3-5 años en agencias de marketing digital, empresas de digitalización o SaaS.Habilidad para desenvolverse cómodamente trabajando con herramientas digitales (CRM, etc.).Flexibilidad y capacidad para adaptarse a cambios y nuevas situaciones.Ganas de Aprender y Crecer en el área de las ventas.Qué ofrecemos?Contrato indefinido.Bonus basado en el cumplimiento de objetivos.23 días laborales de vacaciones.Oficinas en Sant Cugat.Teletrabajo: 2 días a la semana.Jornada intensiva en Agosto y todos los viernes del año.Formación continua en producto y técnicas de venta.Actividades de teambuilding.
