Being a NEXTER means that your career and talent truly matter, allowing you to reach your next level.We are looking for aSenior Model Validation Manager – CCR/XVAto join our team for aleading multinational in the investment banking sector.# ;Key Responsibilities:Independently lead thevalidation of CCR (IMM) and XVA modelsacross derivatives portfolios.OwnIMM backtesting and outcomes analysis(EPE, EEPE, PFE), including methodology design, thresholds, exception governance, and root-cause analysis.Provide effective challenge ofMonte Carlo exposure engines, risk factor simulation and calibration, curve construction, discounting, and portfolio aggregation.Validatenetting and collateral (CSA) mechanics, VM/IM, MPoR, close-out assumptions, and model limitations.Develop and maintainbenchmarking, sensitivity, and stress testing frameworks.Perform implementation verification, numerical stability checks, data quality and lineage reviews, and change management controls.Present validation conclusions toModel Risk Committees and MRM governance forums.Partner with Front Office, Risk, Finance, and Technology to resolve findings and enhance transparency and automation.Mentor junior team members and contribute to CCR/XVA validation best practices.# ;Skills:Essential:~ Advanced degree (Master's/PhD preferred) in a quantitative field (Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Engineering, Computer Science, Quant Finance).~5+ years of experience inmodel validation, quantitative risk, or model developmentwith strong focus onCCR/XVA and IMM.~ Deep understanding ofMonte Carlo simulation, derivatives pricing, and exposure modeling across asset classes.~ Proven experience leadingIMM backtesting programs.~ StrongPythonskills (NumPy, pandas).~ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Desirable:Familiarity withMRM frameworks, regulatory guidance, and audit interaction.Experience withSIMM/IM, margin models, CSA digitization, and XVA desk environments.Leadership experience in cross-functional initiatives.# ;Job Conditions & Benefits:# ; Permanent contract.# ; Competitive salary.# ; Professional development through training and certifications.# ; Clear career progression plan.Flexible working arrangements.Join our expert team, where quantitative rigor, creativity, and commitment come together to make a difference in a world full of opportunities.# ; Are you ready for your NEXT LEVEL?At Lognext we are committed to equality between women and men, supported by a registered Equality Plan.
