Together let's commitJob DescriptionFor our offices based in Málaga, we are looking for a highly experienced Product Owner for one of our biggest clients in the banking sector.What would be your role?Lead the proposal for a specific process/area to drive digital transformation, seeking efficiencies in processes and adding value to users.Maintain a clear vision of user experience across digital channels, focusing on user stories to ensure optimal user experience.Translate user stories into detailed technical requirements and tasks for developer squads, documenting the applicable definitions of ready/done.Support stakeholders in prioritizing user stories and technical items, addressing defects from L0/L1/L2 IT Operation groups and tickets needing L3 support.Assist development squads in balancing efforts between user story development and defect/ticket resolution daily.Facilitate management of critical dependencies within IT products and across products.Support the development and execution of acceptance tests based on criteria, coordinating test activities to ensure stories meet acceptance standards.Continuously update the delivery team on business changes in coordination with Business Product Owners and other Technical Product Owners.Approve the final release plan in collaboration with the Release Manager, aligning with agreed priorities and dependencies.Analyze and report on delivery, progress, risks, and opportunities.Ensure proper management of technical debt with SW Architecture leads' support.QualificationsWhat are we looking for?6+ years of relevant IT experience, including user management, scope changes, and digital channel projects.Proven track record in developing IT processes and solutions, executing programs that meet objectives of excellence in dynamic environments.Strong communication skills and a
