Buscamos para el departamento de Recuperaciones un Special Assests Support.
¿Cuáles serían tus funciones y responsabilidades?
- Facturación y presupuesto de Riesgo de Crédito: recepción y validación de facturas, introducción en sistema de finanzas, seguimiento y control de presupuesto en Excel.
- Estudio de solvencia de dudosos: petición de notas simples, traspaso de datos a Excel.
- Solicitud de tasaciones y grabación de datos en terminal financiero.
- Pre-contencioso: preparación y envío de requerimientos a deudores, localización de escrituras y pólizas, trato con las notarías. Recepción de documentación en notaria principal.
- Notificaciones y llamadas a clientes dudosos: aviso de traspaso del expediente y llamadas de requerimiento, completar formularios en Itecban.
- Gestion de la cartera dudosa de tarjetas de crédito: llamadas, preparación de acciones masivas de recobro, elaboración y envío de requerimientos.
¿Cuáles son los requisitos mínimos?
- Técnico Superior o Licenciatura en ADE, Derecho o carreras afines.
- Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en áreas de crédito, cobranza o similares.
- Experiencia en manejo de carteras de crédito y análisis financiero.
- Conocimiento de negocio bancario.
- Conocimiento avanzado de los procesos de reclamación judicial de deuda.
- Conocimiento avanzado de Excel.
- Manejo de sistemas financieros y ERP.
- Familiaridad con el proceso de tasaciones y trámites notariales.
- Muy valorable nivel alto de Inglés.
- Interés por la propuesta de valor de Triodos Bank.
