About The Job Allianz is seeking a dedicated and senior Global Information Security Portfolio Change and Run Manager to join our team. In this role you will ensure oversight and budget optimization of our global information security portfolio. You will focus on delivering the effective harmonization and strategic alignment of our cyber security investments initiatives across all operating entities. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to assess cyber investment opportunities and risks, monitor performance, and contribute to the seamless integration of security measures into shared services delivered to the operating entities. What You Do Oversee the global information security portfolio, ensuring effective change and run management across multiple operating entities. Develop and implement strategies for portfolio management and harmonization that align with Allianz’s security policies and business objectives. Identify and mitigate risks associated with portfolio changes, ensuring compliance with industry standards and internal controls. Collaborate with central IT Shared Service Center and business units across operating entities to ensure seamless integration and operation of security initiatives. Establish KPIs and metrics to monitor the performance of the portfolio and harmonization of initiatives, driving continuous improvement and operational efficiency. Provide insights and reports to senior leadership on the status and progress of the portfolio, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement. What You Bring Proven ability to develop and implement strategic plans for managing projects and IT portfolios, ensuring alignment with business objectives and cyber security standards. Experience working across multiple organizational entities, with a strong ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. Relevant certifications such as PMP, ITIL, CISM, CRISC or similar are preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with demonstrated leadership abilities in managing diverse projects. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify trends, assess risks, and develop actionable solutions. Higher education degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field. Extensive experience in portfolio management and related financial investment optimization, with a focus on change and run management within a global context.
