Nuestro cliente, una empresa legaltech especializada en soluciones de reputación digital basadas en IA, está en búsqueda de un Sales Operations Manager que lidere y dinamice su equipo de ventas. Este rol reportará directamente al CMO y está orientado a un perfil senior con enfoque "hands-on". Será responsable tanto de liderar un equipo de 3 personas como de destinar parte de su tiempo a la venta directa. Liderar, supervisar y motivar al equipo de ventas B2C interno para alcanzar los objetivos de ventas.Gestionar y optimizar el proceso de recepción, scoring y asignación de leads a los vendedores, garantizando la agilidad del proceso.Monitorizar los tiempos de respuesta de los leads y proponer mejoras para reducirlos.Analizar el rendimiento individual del equipo de ventas mediante informes de seguimiento detallados.Revisar y actualizar los argumentarios comerciales y de producto, así como desarrollar nuevos materiales.Reportar los resultados de ventas y justificar posibles desviaciones frente a los objetivos establecidos.Experiencia mínima de 3 años liderando equipos de ventas, preferiblemente en un entorno dinámico.Conocimiento avanzado de CRM (Salesforce, Hubspot, Zoho o similar) y experiencia en la gestión multicanal de clientes.Alta orientación a resultados, con capacidad para trabajar bajo presión y cumplir con plazos ajustados.Capacidad para generar informes de rendimiento y presentar resultados de forma clara y concisa.Excelentes habilidades de comunicación tanto en español como en inglés, hablado y escrito.Beneficios:Flexibilidad horaria de entrada y salida.Modelo híbrido de trabajo, con un día de teletrabajo por semana.Jornada intensiva los viernes y durante todo el mes de agosto.23 días de vacaciones por convenio, más 7 días adicionales.Plan de retribución flexible: restaurante, transporte y seguro médico.
