We are looking for a skilled and proactive Software Developer to join our development team for Wigos, our proprietary ERP platform. Wigos is currently implemented in over 20 countries and ranks as the third most widely used casino management system worldwide. As part of the core development team, you will play a key role in the development and continuous evolution of a mission‑critical system that supports operations across a global client base. In this role, you will be expected to contribute to the software development lifecycle, including writing efficient code, testing, and maintaining complex software modules. You will collaborate closely with software managers, QA engineers, and other developers to deliver scalable, secure, and high‑performing solutions that meet business and customer needs. Key responsibilities Analyze and translate business and technical requirements into development tasks. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define and refine software specifications. Design, develop, and implement software applications aligned with technical specifications. Write clean, scalable, and efficient code following best practices. Conduct testing, deployment, and monitoring of software solutions. Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing applications and systems. Continuously improve the performance, reliability, and scalability of software. Document development processes, code changes, and technical procedures. Participate in code reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback. Integrate third‑party APIs, libraries, and tools when required. Work closely with QA engineers to ensure high product quality. Manage project tasks, priorities, deadlines, and deliverables effectively. Contribute to agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand‑ups, and retrospectives. Support the design and architecture of new software solutions. Requirements and skills Minimum 4 years of proven experience as a Software Developer, Software Engineer, or similar role. University degree in computer science, software programming, or similar. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies Experience with software design and development in a test‑driven environment Fluence .NET/C#. Experience in C/C++ Fluence WinForms Fluence in SQL. Fluence on Git.
