Lo que vas a encontrar ? Horario que respeta tu equilibrio De lunes a jueves de 9:00 a 18:00, y los viernes hasta las 15:00. Porque rendir bien empieza por sentirse bien. ? Contrato de un año con posibilidades reales de continuidad Si conectamos bien, esto solo será el comienzo. ? Presencialidad en oficina con buen ambiente Ubicación: Calle Velázquez Madrid Centro -Trabajarás rodeado/a de un equipo que suma. ? Desarrollo en atención al cliente Aprenderás a gestionar clientes, resolver incidencias y usar sistemas de gestión avanzados. Ideal si quieres crecer en Customer Experience. ? Salario competitivo Entre 20.000 y 25.000 € brutos anuales, según experiencia. ? El inglés suma puntos No es imprescindible, pero si lo manejas, abrirás más puertas dentro de la empresa. ?? Tu misión como Customer Relationship Specialist Serás la primera voz que escuchan nuestros clientes. Acompañarás, resolverás y generarás tranquilidad, ayudando a que cada interacción sea una experiencia positiva. Atenderás llamadas para ofrecer información clara y útil a nuestros clientes. Resolverás quejas e incidencias con empatía y eficacia, siguiendo protocolos establecidos. Utilizarás el sistema informático para gestionar transacciones, calcular cargos y equilibrar operaciones. ?? Qué te hará tener éxito en esta posición Tu experiencia en atención al cliente en seguros Tendrás una ventaja para entender las necesidades y urgencias que surgen en este sector. Tu capacidad para mantener la calma bajo presión Gestionarás clientes molestos con profesionalismo, serenidad y soluciones reales. Tu manejo de herramientas informáticas (Office y sistemas de gestión) Dominarás el backoffice y el punto de venta sin complicaciones. Tu actitud cercana y resolutiva Harás que los clientes sientan que están hablando con alguien que realmente quiere ayudarles. ? ¿Te gustaría unirte?
