Join us and make an impact via SAP S/4, native Cloud Technologies, Digital Products, State of Art Cyber Security tools, and much moreThe Functional Consultant is the solution expert of one or more functional area/modules in SAP.ResponsibilitiesContribution to implementation project activitiesTranslate business requirements to technical solutionsOversees the development of new functionalityCreates Process Design Documents and Functional Design Documents (under supervision of the Stream Solution Architect)Configures the systemPerforms and supports test cycles to ensure the final product satisfies the defined requirementsProvides training to key usersSupports the creation of the cut-over plan and executes the planProvides Hyper-Care support for the predefined periodCreates and updates relevant project documentationProvides the 3rd level supportSupports Data Migration processes (provides functional documentation, provides input to data mapping sessions, resolves defects, assists in the data load validation)RequirementsFive years plus working with SAP or variant in a hands-on project environmentExperience with MM and WM moduleCollege or University (IT/Business Degree or Equivalent)Strong spoken and written EnglishExperience in enterprise-level SAP projects using waterfall methodology throughout the whole life cycle with repeated and demonstrable successExpert level understanding of the SAP product suiteExpert level experience of SAP modules and underlying architecture, designExperience in designing SAP software componentsExperience in manufacturing industries, preferably metal and/or automotiveAble to travel up to 40%Driving licenseHydro offersWorking at the world’s only fully integrated aluminum and leading renewable energy companyDiverse, global teamsFlexible work environment/home officeWe provide you the freedom to be creative and to learn from expertsPossibility to grow with the company, gain new certificatesApplications from severely disabled and equally disabled people will be considered with equal suitability.Please apply online in our system with your English CV and optionally a cover letter.A job where you make a difference.A key part of succeeding in this mission involves encouraging a collegial environment where our differences are acknowledged as our greatest competitive advantage.
