Únete a nuestra misión de ayudar a las empresas a impulsar el éxitoEl rol:Estamos buscando un/a Customer Success Team Leadpara liderar de manera integral nuestro equipo local en Tenerife, enfocado en el área de atención al cliente para modelo Saas. Este rol formará parte de nuestro equipo de Customer Success y deberá estar completamente alineado con sus objetivos y directrices.Si eres una persona con orientación a clientes y a resultados, entonces te encantará el reto de ORBIDI Experiencia en entornos B2B y/o B2C sirviendo a Micro-PYMES y/o clientes finales, utilizando herramientas de CRM como Hubspot y/o ClickUp. También experiencia en entornos dinámicos y acelerados y en ecosistemas tecnológicos.¿Cuál será tu misión?Liderar y guiar al equipo de Customer Success en Tenerife, asegurando una gestión efectiva y un entorno de trabajo positivo.Alcanzar Objetivos de Satisfacción, Retención y Expansión de Clientes, trabajando estrechamente con el equipo para lograr altos niveles de satisfacción del cliente, fomentar la retención y promover la expansión dentro de la base de clientes asignados.Establecer y cumplir metas de facturación específicas, asegurando que el equipo de Customer Success en Tenerife contribuye de manera significativa a los ingresos generales de la empresa.Analizar y optimizar continuamente los procesos existentes, implementando mejoras que conduzcan a una experiencia del cliente excepcional.Actuar como el punto de contacto principal entre el equipo de Customer Success y otros departamentos, asegurando una comunicación fluida y colaboración efectiva.Desarrollar informes detallados y realizar un seguimiento continuo de las métricas clave para evaluar el rendimiento del equipo y el cumplimiento de los objetivos establecidos.Lo que te hará triunfar:Experiencia +4 años gestión de equipos de +15 personas.Haber trabajado en start-up o empresa tecnológica.Experiencia comercial, especialmente en post-venta (upselling, crosselling, etc.)Experiencia de cliente.
