While this position is remote, it requires frequent travel to client locations to ensure the successful execution of engineering projects. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with strong project management skills and technical expertise, capable of driving project success while maintaining client satisfaction. This role offers a highly competitive salary, well above market standards, reflecting the strategic importance and demands of the position.Key Responsibilities:Project Leadership: Lead and manage engineering projects from inception through to completion, ensuring they meet client specifications, deadlines, and budget constraints.Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and acting as the main point of contact throughout each project lifecycle.Site Visits and Inspections: Travel to client sites across the country to oversee project progress, troubleshoot issues, and ensure quality standards are upheld.Resource and Team Management: Coordinate with cross-functional teams, allocating resources effectively and ensuring team alignment with project goals and deadlines.Process Improvement: Identify and implement strategies to optimize engineering processes, increasing efficiency and reducing costs without compromising quality.Budget Management: Oversee project budgets, ensuring financial efficiency and providing regular updates to stakeholders on cost management and project status.Reporting and Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation for each project, including progress reports, risk assessments, and final project summaries.Technical Guidance: Provide technical expertise and mentorship to team members, assisting in complex problem-solving and technical decision-making.Compliance and Safety: Ensure all engineering projects comply with relevant regulations, safety standards, and best practices.Qualifications:Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or related field). Master's degree or MBA is a plus.Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in engineering roles, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership capacity.
