As a Project Planner youll be at the center of high-impact Parcel projects driving planning excellence and collaborating across teams to ensure smooth execution and delivery. This is your chance to make a real difference in a fast-paced international environment. Position Overview & Responsibilities Lead planning activities across all project phases from sales and engineering to supply shipping and commissioning. Define decision points and turnaround times with all involved disciplines. Create integrated project plans that identify risks and opportunities early. Provide actionable insights and monthly progress reports to project management. Coordinate closely with internal teams subcontractors and customers to align expectations and execution. Support successful project delivery through proactive problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration. Manage your own portfolio of Parcel projects and bridge project goals with supply chain capabilities. Qualifications & Skills Bachelors or Masters degree or equivalent experience. Proven experience in project planning ideally with Primavera or MS Project. Strong communication skills and the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels. Analytical thinking flexibility and a proactive mindset. Ability to work under pressure and prioritize effectively. Advanced Excel skills. Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
