En Agap2 estamos buscando un Especialista en Generative AI para unirse a nuestro equipo global y contribuir a proyectos de vanguardia en inteligencia artificial. Ser el punto de contacto entre IT y las distintas áreas de negocio para iniciativas de IA. Traducir requisitos complejos del negocio en soluciones de IA prácticas y escalables. Gestionar relaciones con clientes internos y proveedores tecnológicos externos. Analizar procesos de negocio para identificar oportunidades de aplicación de IA generativa. Proponer y evaluar alternativas de IA considerando viabilidad técnica, impacto y coste. Supervisar el diseño, desarrollo e implementación de modelos y aplicaciones de IA generativa. Evaluar y recomendar nuevas tecnologías y metodologías de IA que resuelvan desafíos de negocio. 3–5 años en roles relacionados con IA/ML, ciencia de datos o analítica avanzada, con experiencia práctica en IA generativa. Experiencia demostrable implementando y desplegando modelos de IA en entornos productivos. Conocimiento de procesos de negocio en sectores como energía, infraestructura, operaciones, finanzas o compras. Sobre ti: Plataformas y frameworks de IA: OpenAI, Langchain, LangGraph, Azure AI, Chainlit. Desarrollo: Python, librerías de ML (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face). Cloud: Experiencia en despliegue y operación de soluciones IA en Azure, OpenAI, AWS, GCP. Ingeniería de datos e integración: Preprocesamiento de datos, feature engineering, APIs y conexión con sistemas empresariales. Gestión de proyectos: Metodologías ágiles (Scrum, Kanban), herramientas DevOps / gestión de proyectos (Azure DevOps, Jira). Inglés: Alto (B2-C1 conversacional).
