Novicap is an end-to-end working capital solutions provider focused on enabling CFOs/Finance teams of SMEs to pay their suppliers and collect from their customers. This includes short-term credit (factoring, supply chain finance and loans) and payment automation solutions.With offices in Barcelona and Madrid, we are currently looking for a Data Analyst who wants to join our team. You will be the data expert at Novicap, providing data and insight to the Leadership, Management and other business teams, analysing complex problems through the lens of data, and providing vital information for decision-making and monitoring of our company's growth.What will you do?Your mission will be to provide data and insight to the Leadership, Management and other business teams, analysing complex problems through the lens of data, and providing vital information for decision-making and monitoring of our company's growth.The Novicap Data Analyst will be a key member of the Product Team, and will work across the business to:Identify data needs and support development of our data assets and data architectureResearch and create models to analyse our activitiesUnderstand our business challenges and solve them creatively through data analysisUnderstand the behaviour of our clients through data, and transmit that knowledge throughout the businessSupport the optimisation of business through data insight and reportingIn doing so, you will contribute to the achievement of Novicap’s long-term growth plans.Who will you be working with?You will report directly to the Head of Product and work closely with colleagues across Madrid, Barcelona and the rest of Spain.
