Descripción del trabajo

Join our Requirements Engineering "Bootcamp", a dedicated onboarding and training program for experienced Requirements Engineers / IT Business Analysts with a background in websites and digital marketing. During the program, you will build on your existing knowledge, deepen your understanding of web technologies and technical concepts, and get familiar with our project methodologies and the Adobe Experience Cloud (AEC) products we use in client projects. By the end of the Bootcamp, you'll be ready to take on project assignments and lead the Requirements Engineering process within our teams.

Your Tasks:

  • Act as the link between customers and development teams, translating business requests into technical requirements and concepts.
  • Write business requirements, test software, execute operational tasks, and support project management while enhancing technical and business consulting skills.
  • Design, test, and launch web-based solutions in digital marketing to meet business needs.
  • Participate in brainstorming, assist in project management, and support analysis and implementation throughout the software development cycle.
  • Document and present solutions to stakeholders.

What is required?

  • Strong English skills (C1 or higher).
  • Experience with web content management systems (CMS).
  • Solid understanding of web development and integrations.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Experience with AI tools for requirements drafting and analysis.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or other web programming languages.
  • Experience in IT process analysis and requirements creation.
  • Knowledge of software modeling methods (UML, flow charts, use cases).
  • Willingness to travel (depending on project).
  • Eligibility to work in the EU or Switzerland.

Preferred profile:

  • Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud products.
  • Knowledge of SEO.
  • Experience working in international teams.
  • Familiarity with tools like JIRA and Confluence.
  • Proactive, communicative, open to feedback, and eager for continuous improvement.
