Finance Partner Associate

If you're someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, loves solving problems, and enjoys collaborating cross-functionally — this role is for you The Role As a Finance Partner Associate, you will play a pivotal role in the financial operations that support our Business Development partners. This is a highly dynamic position where no two days are the same. You'll be working cross-functionally, constantly balancing manual processes with opportunities for automation and optimization. What will you be doing? - Manage billing and collections for our Business Development partners: - Coordinate with partner teams, marketplaces, and regular partners. - Ensure timely invoicing and follow up on outstanding payments. - Resolve finance-related tickets (e.G., sales orders, upsells, incident reports), acting as a point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders. - Work closely with our data team to build, maintain, and improve financial dashboards and reporting tools. - Collaborate internally with Accounting, Legal, Procurement, and the Partners team to align on financial workflows and ensure compliance. - Engage with external partner finance teams to negotiate terms, clarify billing issues, and escalate when necessary. - Identify and drive process improvements, automations, and efficiencies to reduce manual workload and scale operations. Your profile - Excellent communicator: comfortable negotiating daily and dealing with different stakeholders (internal and external). - Proficiency in written and spoken English. Spanish is desirable. - Analytical mindset: you enjoy digging into data, spotting trends, and using insights to drive decisions. - Solutions-oriented: you don't just detect problems — you find ways to fix them. - Hands-on: you're ready to roll up your sleeves and do the manual work, but you also think strategically about automation. - Highly organized: able to manage billing cycles, tickets, and multiple partner relationships in parallel. - Previous experience in finance operations, partner finance, or revenue operations is highly desirable.
