Experteer OverviewIn this role you support Lean transformation across our global terminal network, translating between Japanese and English to assist Dojo Masters and embed lean practices. You will drive KAIZEN, coaching, and flow adoption while traveling to diverse terminals. This is a growth platform into a lean professional role within APM Terminals, balancing hands-on learning with global collaboration.
