Responsibilities include managing daily spa operations, providing exceptional customer service, performing spa treatments, and ensuring client satisfaction. The role involves overseeing staff, managing budgets, maintaining inventory, and implementing high-quality skincare protocols in alignment with the company's standards. The Spa Manager and Therapist will also develop and maintain an inviting and relaxing spa environment for all clients. Qualifications Proven ability in Spa Management, including overseeing day-to-day operations and team leadership. Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with a client-focused approach. Experience and proficiency in Skin Care procedures and treatments in order to provide them as part of the job. Familiarity with Budgeting and managing financial aspects of a spa business. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Strong communication skills and an approachable demeanor. Professional certifications in spa therapy or skincare are preferred. Fluency in English and Spanish is highly beneficial.
