As an experienced driven PM, you will have the opportunity to implement large global customer projects whilst leading project teams that include Implementation Consultants (ICs), Interface Specialists (IS), Treasury Consultants (TC), Business Analysts (BAs), and our In Country Partners.Utilizing your skills as a Project Manager you will coordinate the activities / tasks amongst the project team ensuring on-time delivery within the scope of work(s) and the CloudPay methodology for the successful delivery of payroll implementation projects globally.With the scope to nurture new ideas through innovation whilst motivating others encouraging adoption in payroll delivery.Daily Duties and Main Responsibilities will include:Project Management responsibilities for the end-to-end delivery of payroll implementation projects. This will include:Project kick-offPlan managementProject coordinationDiary managementInternal and external stakeholder managementRisk and Issue managementLessons Learned and Project ClosureDelivering projects to the implementation schedule and ensuring deliverables are managed to plan for a successful implementationProducing required status reports and updates on implementation delivery to Senior Project Managers and Implementation ManagersRunning regular status meetings with internal and external stakeholdersEnsuring upkeep of the project plan and complying with regulatory audit action tracking related to the project deliveryIdentifying opportunities to cross-sell additional CloudPay services, where appropriateActively participate and champion continuous improvement within the Implementation divisionActively work on self-development with the accessible LinkedIn Learning.Actively sharing feedback with the Quality and Deployment team who work on product needs and deliverables around CloudPay platformHelp optimize the relationship within the implementation phase with the client and external partners (partner focus)Attributes and Experience Required:Proven Project Management experience in complex environments with multiple stakeholder involvementEnd-to-end project experience working with customers who require various service solutionsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyProven experience in working with internal and external stakeholders, preferably client-facing experienceExcellent communication and presentation skillsProficient English language levelPrevious workstream management experienceAdded bonus if you have:Project Management certification, e.g. Prince 2, PMPProject Management Experience with implementing or serving Payroll/HR-related projectsExcellent in-country payroll setup experience.Team management experience in payroll/HR business environmentPersonal skills:Strong problem-solving skillsAbility to prioritize workload, and set and achieve goalsAbility to communicate at all levels internally and with clientsCommercial awareness with the ability to prioritize conflicting business needsInterpersonal and relationship-building skillsA passion for continuous learning and improvementPackage and Benefits:Spain:Competitive annual salary25 days annual leave, plus bank holidaysEarned Wage Access (via CloudPay Now app)Birthday LeaveFlexible remote workingLife assurancePrivate medical insurancePersonal and professional development opportunitiesFriendly working environmentUK:Competitive annual salary25 days annual leave, plus bank holidaysEarned Wage Access (via CloudPay Now app)Flexible pension contributionBirthday LeaveFlexible remote workingLife assurance x4Private medical insurancePersonal and professional development opportunitiesFriendly working environment
