Dutch Junior Campaign Specialist in Barcelona (Hybrid - Relocation Package) BlueView Talent is looking for a Dutch Junior Campaign Specialist to join our Madrid office. The role involves supporting new clients as they launch and optimize their Google Ads campaigns in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment. Role Overview Your work will focus on designing, launching, and optimizing data‑driven PPC campaigns that deliver sustainable performance. You will partner closely with clients to understand their business objectives and guide them through account setup, campaign launch, and early optimization. Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of new advertisers and ensure a smooth setup and activation process. Understand business objectives and recommend customised advertising strategies. Build and optimise PPC campaigns focused on measurable results. Coach clients via calls, video meetings, and email to improve results. Spot upsell opportunities by introducing advanced features and encouraging account growth. Monitor KPIs, identify trends, and adjust strategies to continually improve outcomes. Partner with internal teams to deliver a seamless onboarding journey. Stay current on platform updates, tools, and best practices to provide expert guidance. Requirements Fluent in Dutch (C2) and English (C1 level). Minimum of one year of professional experience in sales or marketing. Strong leadership qualities, an analytical mindset, and excellent communication abilities. Enthusiasm for marketing, technology, and digital advertising.
