Deine Aufgaben und dein Einfluss als Kundenberater/in für soziale Medien werden sein:Als Digital Marketing Customer Advisor arbeitest du für ein Unternehmen in der Social Media Branche.Deine Hauptaufgaben sind:

Du bietest deinen Kunden Support per Chat, E-Mail und Telefon.
Du verbesserst durch Produkt- und Tool-Support die Kundenzufriedenheit.
Du erreichst und übertriffst die individuellen und Teamziele durch Einhaltung von Verfahren und Qualitätsvereinbarungen.

Fähigkeiten, Qualifikationen und Interessen, die du brauchst, um in dieser Rolle erfolgreich zu sein:

Du hast ein muttersprachliches Deutsch-Niveau und fließendes Englisch (mindestens B2-C1).
Du hast Erfahrungen im Bereich Kundenservice und Social Media Marketing.
Du hast sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten.
Du bist bereit, Pre- und Post-Sales-Support für alle Produkte zur Verfügung zu stellen.
Du bist motiviert, zuverlässig und engagiert bei der Arbeit.
Du strebst nach Exzellenz und Professionalität.

Was ist für dich drin?

Vertragsart: ein langfristiger befristeter Vertrag, der jedes Jahr verlängert werden kann.
Arbeitszeiten: Vollzeit- oder Teilzeitarbeitsplätze in Wechselschichten (projektabhängig).
Gehaltsbedingungen (*) - 2 Optionen:

a) Inklusive kostenloser Unterkunft (Wohngemeinschaft, alle Rechnungen inklusive): 950€ brutto/Monat.
b) Ohne Unterkunft: 1.400€ brutto/Monat.

Für internationale Bewerber:
Erstattung der anfänglichen Flugkosten nach 9 Monaten.
Abholung vom Flughafen.
Jährliches Hin- und Rückflugticket in Ihr Heimatland (innerhalb der EU).
Hilfe bei Schreibarbeiten, Eröffnung eines Bankkontos, etc. bei Ihrer Ankunft.
Kostenloser Portugiesisch Unterricht, Kochkurse, Sportaktivitäten und gesellschaftliche Veranstaltungen, die von der Firma organisiert werden.
Echte Karrieremöglichkeiten in verschiedenen Karrierepfade.

(*) Vergütung während des Trainings (von 1 bis 4 Wochen): 50% des Stundenlohns (niedrigere Steuern).
