We’ve helped ambitious brands grow faster, smarter, and globally.The RoleOur Technology team is growing We’re looking for Mid-Level Front-End Engineers to help scale and evolve our web platforms in support of ambitious business growth.In this role, you’ll focus primarily on building high-quality, performant, and accessible front-end applications using Next.js and React. You’ll work closely with designers, product managers, and back-end engineers to deliver user-centric features end-to-end.While you’ll be hands-on day‑to‑day, you’ll also be expected to contribute to technical discussions, improve front‑end standards, and take increasing ownership of features as you grow.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain high-quality front-end applications using Next.js and React.Implement responsive, accessible, and user-friendly interfaces aligned with design systems and UX best practices.Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to translate designs into polished, production-ready experiences.Integrate front-end applications with APIs and back-end services.Contribute to code reviews, helping maintain code quality and shared standards.Identify and address performance, SEO, and accessibility considerations in front-end implementations.Participate in technical discussions and contribute ideas to improve front-end architecture, tooling, and ways of working.About YouSolid understanding of HTML, CSS, responsive design, and web accessibility principles.Experience consuming REST or GraphQL APIs and working effectively with back-end teams.Familiarity with front-end testing approaches (e.g. unit, component, or end-to-end tests).Comfortable working with Git-based workflows and CI pipelines.You thrive when working as part of a collaborative team.Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.Have excellent written and verbal English skills.Last but not least, you’ll have no egoWhat You’ll GetCompany Bonus SchemeHybrid Working (3 days in office)Private Health Care (Bupa)Travel InsuranceMarket Leading Training ProgrammeRecognition & Reward SchemeAnnual Company Conference (previous destinations Vienna, Bologna, Dubrovnik and Thessaloniki)Regular Happy Hour / Team LunchesFree Coffee, Drinks & SnacksWhat’s the next step?Our hiring process ensures we're recruiting the right people for the role.
