Responsibilities Management Lead and mentor a team of economy designers across multiple projects Set standards, frameworks, and processes for economy design across the studio Review and challenge team deliverables to ensure quality and consistency Economy Vision & Design Define, model, and balance in‑game economies (currencies, progression, sinks, rewards) Build economic systems that support both fun gameplay and healthy monetisation Translate business goals into economy structures that drive KPIs Collaboration Partner with product owners & analysts to align the economy with the game vision Analysis Use data and modelling to forecast, validate, and optimise economy performance Run A/B tests on pricing, progression, and rewards Monitor KPIs and proactively propose adjustments Requirements 5+ years of experience in game economy design (social casino, mobile F2P, or hybrid casual preferred) Strong understanding of F2P mechanics: monetisation loops, progression pacing, reward systems, segmentation Highly analytical with expertise in Excel/Sheets, economy modelling, and balancing tools Experience working with data/BI teams, interpreting dashboards, and driving decisions from insights Excellent communication and presentation skills – able to explain economy decisions to stakeholders Benefits Learning and development opportunities and interesting challenging tasks Relocation package (tickets, hotel stay for 2 weeks, visa support for employees and families) Private medical coverage including inpatient, outpatient, dental care, annual check‑ups, maternity support Sport membership benefit – over 50+ activities across Europe Language skill development and partial compensation for English and Spanish classes (for localisation) Birthday celebration present 24 non‑business days per year + additional 6 paid sick days Competitive remuneration with annual review Team‑building activities Bold moves start here.
