This role sits at the crossroads of design, creativity, production and technology, shaping large‑scale, multi‑market design systems that are built, delivered and evolved. You will drive visual excellence and operational efficiency while guiding the structured adoption of AI tools across workflows, ensuring both innovation and compliance in a highly regulated environment.You WillOwn and evolve the global visual direction and design language for the account, ensuring coherence across campaigns, channels and markets.Build scalable visual systems (design principles, layout logics, component libraries, motion patterns) that enable efficient multi‑format production.Oversee design delivery quality across digital, social, OOH, print, shopper, e‑commerce and TV assets.Manage traffic and resource allocation across design, creative, project management, production and post‑production teams, ensuring projects flow smoothly and timelines remain realistic.Lead the structured integration of AI visual tools into day‑to‑day workflows—exploration, style development, variations, motion/post support—always under strong design direction.Partner with AI‑focused roles to define a hybrid model of human design judgment + AI capabilities.Design, document and maintain AI‑ready design systems and libraries (components, iconography, templates, style packs, reference kits, prompt banks).Keep a cross‑portfolio view of all workstreams, identifying synergies, reusable assets, efficiencies and quality risks.Establish and enforce visual quality standards, human review processes, and AI best practices, particularly within strict healthcare and medical/legal frameworks.Serve as a strategic partner to account, production and strategy leads regarding scope, feasibility and impact of design + AI solutions.Act as an internal innovation driver, proposing pilots, evaluating tools and translating learnings into workflow and system improvements.Experience6+ years in design and/or art direction within agencies, studios or similar creative environments.Strong experience with complex, multi‑format brand ecosystems, especially digital and social, plus exposure to OOH, print, shopper, e‑commerce and/or TV.Proven ability to think in systems, creating visual frameworks rather than isolated assets.Experience leading or coordinating designers / art directors and working closely with production and post‑production teams.Demonstrated, hands‑on use of AI visual tools within real workflows and deliverables.Experience in—or strong motivation to learn—regulated healthcare/pharma environments, collaborating with medical/legal/compliance stakeholders.Strong operational experience in traffic and resource management for multidisciplinary teams.Ability to combine high‑level portfolio vision with meticulous attention to detail in key deliverables.Excellent communication and alignment skills across creative, production, digital, tech, medical, legal and business teams.ProfileYou are both a designer and a systems thinker, comfortable orchestrating a high‑volume, multi‑market pipeline while safeguarding creative integrity.You AreA design leader who thrives at the intersection of creativity, production, technology and efficiency.Passionate about the evolution of AI in design, curious and pragmatic—not dogmatic—about when and how to use it.Skilled at bringing structure, clarity and coherence to complex portfolios.Natural at navigating multidisciplinary teams and building strong partnerships across functions.Comfortable leading change, inspiring others, and ensuring standards remain high in every output.What We OfferIndefinite contract.Competitive salary, negotiable according to experience.23 working days of vacation (+ 2 long weekends of your choice).Your birthday off.Incorporation in a multinational company with high professional, economic and financial solvency, leading innovative and large‑scale projects.#Hybrid model.About CraftCraft is a leading creative agency that thrives on clear processes and smart technology, but most importantly values dedicated craftsmen and women who care deeply about their clients’ brands and drive maximum cost savings while ensuring each brand’s story remains impactful as it travels around the world.
