Hebrew Speaking Google Ads Onboarding Account ManagerJoin our dynamic team in vibrant Barcelona and work on an exciting project with Digital Marketing Ads — a game-changing tool for businesses everywhereResponsibilitiesIn this role you will serve as a trusted advisor to onboard a portfolio of new clients and develop high-performing PPC campaigns for their digital marketing advertisement.Make outbound customer calls to promote and sell services.Detect and understand customers objectives and offer adapted solutions for their needs.Set up strategic, results-driven campaigns designed for immediate impact and long-term performance sustainability.Be responsible for increasing spend and campaign´s upselling.Create, maintain, and update a customer database with complete information.Handle a high volume of potential clients daily through phone calls.RequirementsEU nationality or Spanish residence cardBA/BS degree (MA/MSc in Marketing or Communications preferred) OR equivalent work experienceLanguage skills: C2 level of Hebrew and EnglishOver 2 years experience in sales and/or marketing: previous client-facing experience, particularly in high-stakes environments.Proven ability to work independently and drive results with minimal supervision.CRM Experience: extensive CRM experience, with the ability to manage complex customer relationships and optimize CRM systems for business growth.Business Acumen: exceptional business acumen, with the ability to strategically analyze market trends and drive business growth.Specialized Skills for the Israeli Market:Market Understanding: deep understanding of the Israeli market, including cultural nuances and business practices.Familiarity with the impact of cybersecurity and intelligence on business practices.Strategic ThinkingProblem-SolvingAnalytical SkillsRelationship Building.Proven ability to navigate the fast-paced Israeli market, leverage local business tools, and demonstrate cultural sensitivity to effectively engage high-potential tech companies.Full-time (39 hours/week) hybrid position in Barcelona with a competitive salary + performance bonuses up to 3.265,87€ gross/yearReferral Program: Earn up to €2,000 for bringing friends, depending on the language/project.Private Health Insurance.Continuous skill development and certifications.Clear career growth opportunities supported by coaches and a motivating team environment.Engaging workplace with bi-weekly, monthly, or quarterly contests and dynamic business casual culture.Prime office location at the World Trade Center, Barcelona, surrounded by the sea. #J-18808-Ljbffr
