Rota Nanny

Looking for a Rota Nanny to HNW family (Russian speaking).Schengen visa (residence permit) or European passport is highly desired.Private household is looking for a rota nanny for the children of ages 6, 3, and 1. The nanny's role is to work with the family to take care of the children's needs. The ideal candidate will be fun, energetic, creative, engaging, kind, and caring. Experience working with children of a similar age is highly desirable for this role as the client is looking to hire someone long-term.There are three nannies, with two being on duty together at all times. You will be working in accordance with the following rota, subject to the family’s needs and travel arrangements:6 weeks on / 3 weeks off4 weeks on / 2 weeks off3 weeks on / 1 week offResponsibilitiesPreparing the children for school, ensuring their bags are preppedSchool runsPlanning fun activities and organizing playdatesBaby duties – dressing, changing, feeding, and settlingCreate a stimulating, nurturing, and safe environment for the children to grow and thriveCollaborate with parents and the rest of the nanny team to ensure consistent continuity of careSupport a varying daily schedule and become an asset to the familyBe proactive in communicating with parents to ensure their needs are being metWork seamlessly with the other nanny to ensure a seamless hand-off in the rotational scheduleRequirementsFluency in RussianRecent early-years nanny experience is essentialChildcare experience is essentialProficient in English both spoken and writtenChildcare education and qualifications are a bonusStep in and step out intuition – knowing when to be presentA collaborative team playerExcellent communication skillsFlexible to adjust to schedule changes as discussed in advanceHygiene and safety-orientedA confident, calm, and gentle approachEU passport holder is a bonusSpanish language is a bonusExcellent checkable referencesWork Location: Travel with family internationally.
