We develop from high-end video and audio codecs, to slick end-user applications or multimedia middle-ware powering different playback, encoding and streaming scenarios. Our software is being used in millions of devices and our clients vary from the main thin client manufacturers to the world’s leading film production labels.The HR Manager will design HR plans and ensure activities are aligned with Fluendo’s plans and strategic objectives.This person will partner with the management team according to our departments and Business units. The goal is to keep internal clients (employees) satisfied through objectives that are aligned with the long-term business strategy and reporting to the Board members and General Director.We are looking for someone with a vast capacity to grow internally and with high levels of energy.Provide overall leadership and guidance by overseeing talent acquisition, employee career development, succession planning, retention programs, training, and leadership developmentPeople Operations Specialist to manage the onboarding / offboarding processManage benefit and compensation plans to ensure cost efficiencies and attractiveness to retain top talentAct as the first point of contact for all team members and all topics related to their employment at FluendoSupport managers in the Business Units and departments with HR-related mattersPlans and organizes engaging activities for the team membersSupport and participate in the semestral performance review processAdministrate and manage HR Software processes and assist and educate team members and managers about these processesEnsure full compliance with Company policies and HR procedures (e.g. PRL)Requirements+3 years of HR experience in a Talent Acquisition part (focus on Tech profiles)A bachelor’s degree in labor relations, human resources, psychology, law, or something similar.Personal efficiency and teamwork.Emotional intelligence and the ability to build relationships, motivate, and collaborate with others are essential.Good level of English to communicate with our international team.Good computer skills and experience with MS Office, GSuite
