Backend & AI Developer (Junior/Entry-Level) About Migma.ai: Migma.ai is on a mission to revolutionise email creation. Our AI-driven platform automatically imports brand guidelines and generates on‑brand emails in seconds. We’re a Stockholm/Barcelona startup backed by EWOR and founded by the Lababidi brothers (PaidTabs alumni). Role Overview We’re looking for a junior Backend & AI Developer to help build and scale our core platform. You’ll work with our CEO (AI/Backend specialist) and CTO (Frontend/Design lead) to develop APIs and integrate machine learning models that generate personalised email content. Responsibilities Design, build and maintain backend services (Node.js/Python). Integrate user-facing features with server-side logic. Implement security, data protection and scalability. Train and fine‑tune AI models for email generation. Collaborate with designers and researchers to ship new features. Requirements 1–3 years of backend development experience (Node.js, Python or similar). Familiarity with Next.js and TypeScript. Strong Python skills and experience with ML/LLMs. Interest in NLP, computer vision or generative AI. Passion for user‑centric product design.
