Role : Lead – HRBPWork Location : Madrid, SpainWe are looking for a Lead – HRBP for Spain. We are currently supporting approximately 75 colleagues in Spain. As the Lead HR Business Partner for Spain, you will act as a strategic partner to business leaders, driving HR initiatives that align with organizational goals. You will work on talent management, employee relations, organizational development, and compliance with Spanish labor laws. This role requires a proactive, adaptable professional who thrives in a dynamic, international environment.The new colleague will be managing Infosys Limited Spain and would have the following key responsibilities:Employee lifecycle from Onboarding to Off boardingDeliver local solutions related to Compensation & BenefitsApplying the various (in country) Infosys PoliciesEnsure compliance with Spanish Labour Law & local CBAProvide guidance to Managers and business leaders on HR related topicsAnalyze key HR metrics and develop actionable strategies to enhance employee experience, engagement, and overall organizational effectiveness.We are looking for someone who gives the focus and effort to optimize and improve the day-to-day processes and systems to drive results, enjoys a challenge, wants to work in a fast moving and fluid environment and who works well with people across cultures and geographies. As such, excellent communication skills and a flexible work approach is needed when working with colleagues with diverse backgrounds and the flexibility and adaptability to work with larger groups is valued.QualificationsA university degree, with a focus on an HR relevant area4 to 6 years of HR experience in an international, matrix and complex for profitExperience in IT sector is a plusExperience and knowledge of Spanish labour Law, HR policies and BenefitsAbility to quickly adapt and learn, being very flexible and open to learn new things (in new countries as well)Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) with the ability to create reports, presentations, and manage data effectively.Experience in managing complex employee relations cases and advise & implement disciplinary actions, terminations, and conflict resolution.High proficiency in English and Spanish (both verbal and written)Results-driven and orientation and the ability to work in demanding and high pace organizationsA strong and disciplined personalityAbout UsInfosys is a global leader in next-generation digital services and consulting.
