About the Job Mandarin Oriental Punta Negra, Mallorca is looking for a Luggage Porter to join our Concierge team. Based at Mandarin Oriental Punta Negra, Mallorca, as the Luggage Porter, you will greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure, handling their luggage and any belongings with efficiency and care. Responsibilities Handle luggage storage and retrieval, ensuring accurate tagging and adherence to security standards. Assist with transportation arrangements, including taxis, airport transfers, and valet services. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the lobby and entrance areas. Collaborate with the Concierge team to facilitate guest services efficiently. Monitor the hotel entrance and luggage areas, ensuring they remain clear and safe. Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the front‑of‑house area, ensuring a luxury experience from arrival to departure. Perform any other reasonable duties as required by the Chief Concierge. Requirements Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Previous experience in the same role is preferred. Effective communication skills in English and Spanish (additional languages are a plus). Well‑groomed appearance, adhering to the hotel’s grooming standards.
