We are seeking a skilled and motivated Deck/Engineer to join our team aboard a 41-meter private yacht.We offer a permanent position within our friendly and professional crew, dedicated to providing the highest level of service to our guests.The successful candidate will support the Chief Engineer in maintaining and operating the yacht’s systems and will assist the Bosun with deck operations.Key responsibilities include:Maintaining the yacht's exteriorManaging tenders and watersports equipmentEnsuring the smooth operation of all technical systemsThe role requires strong technical skills, good teamwork, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment.Basic requirements:Fluent EnglishValid documents to travel in EuropeValid STCW, ENG1 medical certificate, AEC course (Yacht Master 200 is a plus)Previous experience in a similar roleKnowledge of Maritime Engine systemsConfident in handling various watercraft/toys and managing tender operationsPositive attitude, team player, and strong work ethicSalary based on experience.If you have experience as Deck/Engineer and are looking for a permanent, long-term role with a professional crew, we would love to hear from you
