The work involves modernizing an existing web-based platform from a user experience perspective. You will research, collaborate, design, document, and coach to amplify team capabilities and delivery. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the redesign of our website, with a focus on improving the user experience for customers who use our paint services.RESPONSIBILITIESDeveloping user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to communicate design concepts and solutionsCollaborating with various teams and stakeholders to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for the platformEnsuring that the website design is user-centered, accessible, and visually appealingConducting user research to understand the needs and pain points of our customersConducting usability testing to validate design solutions and make necessary improvementsServing as a focal point for industry trends and best practices on UX / UI evolution, as it pertains to the platformQUALIFICATIONSA minimum of 3+ years of experience in UX / UI design for web applicationsBachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human Computer Interaction is preferred.
