Buscamos un / a CEO con ADN emprendedor fuerte orientación a marketing digital crecimiento y experiencia de usuario para liderar la siguiente fase de consolidación y escalado de un marketplace digital de suscripción de coches. Será la persona responsable de definir la visión, ejecutar la estrategia y asegurar la rentabilidad liderando equipos clave y representando a la compañía frente a clientes, partners e inversores. Un rol para alguien cómodo / a tomando decisiones rápidas con foco absoluto en impacto y resultados. Qué harás Definir y ejecutar la estrategia global de crecimiento alineando negocio, producto, marketing y operaciones. Liderar y desarrollar equipos senior (Marketing, Ventas y Operaciones) en un entorno ágil y exigente. Optimizar el funnel completo: adquisición, conversión, activación y fidelización. Asegurar una experiencia de usuario simple, digital y eficiente. Gestionar el P&L, KPIs y reporting al Consejo de Administración. Ser la cara visible del proyecto ante inversores, partners estratégicos y stakeholders del ecosistema. Participar activamente en fundraising y alianzas estratégicas. A quién buscamos Experiencia previa como CEO, Director/a General o rol ejecutivo con responsabilidad directa sobre negocio y resultados. Sólido expertise en marketing digital, growth, analítica y producto digital. Trayectoria liderando equipos multidisciplinares en startups o entornos digitales. Mentalidad data‑driven, capacidad de ejecución y toma de decisiones en contextos de incertidumbre. Se valorará experiencia en marketplaces, movilidad, automoción o modelos de suscripción.
