Set Up Lead – Ormco We are looking for a Setup Lead to join our Digital Design Team. You will help support the rapid growth of the Spark and Digital Orthodontic business unit of Envista. The Setup Lead will assist the Clinical Performance leader and the Design supervisor in overseeing designers’ daily production and quality. Primary Duties and Responsibilities Regularly use LEAN tools such as Daily Management and Kaizen (5S, Standard Work, Kanban, etc.) Maintain high quality standards and compliance with designers Assist 10‑15 designers in improving production and quality Answer questions about case setup, treatment goals, bite settings, software tools, and doctor comments (as needed) Help prioritize and manage the design case queue Assist with communication between designers and support teams (Clinical, Anatomy, Customer Support, Supervisor, Other design leads) Follow up on designers' open tickets Requirements High school diploma or equivalent formal education Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position Proficient in Microsoft Office Excellent verbal and written English skills and interpersonal skills Language requirements determined by the region the Setup Lead will support Preferred Qualifications Previous experience as a lead or administrator Advanced Microsoft Office skills High quality and production ratings from Spark Design Employment type: Full‑time Seniority level: Not Applicable Location: Madrid, Community of Madrid, Spain Salary: €23,000–€25,000 annually Ormco is a global leader and innovator of high-quality orthodontic products and solutions. #J-18808-Ljbffr
